Singapore players use the same platform, the same lobby and the same VIP ladder as everyone else, but through a separate Singapore dollar market. You pick it on the country selector in the header, and from that point every promotion figure, deposit minimum and withdrawal limit you see is quoted in SGD.
That one choice matters more than it looks, because an account is tied to the currency it was opened in. This page sets out what the SGD side gives you: how to register and log in, which offers run in Singapore dollars, what the rebate pays, and how the VIP tiers are measured.

Registration is short. Choose Singapore first, then open the form and set a username that begins with a letter and runs 4 to 15 characters, pick a password of no more than 12 characters, and select SGD as your currency. If you arrived through a partner link, the Affiliate/Referral ID field may already be filled in. You confirm you are at least 18 and accept the terms before continuing.
Logging back in asks for your username, your password and a Cloudflare verification check, which runs automatically. One person holds one account, so a second account on the same device, address, phone number or payment method is not permitted.

Every promotion below runs in Singapore dollars. Bonuses are claimed during a transfer: open Fund > Transfer, move the qualifying amount from your Main Wallet to the provider wallet and pick the offer in the dropdown. While a bonus is live on that provider wallet, you cannot transfer into it again until the turnover is finished or the bonus is cancelled.

The two welcome offers pull in opposite directions, so do the arithmetic before you claim. A SGD 100 deposit on the 298% offer brings SGD 298 of bonus and (100 + 298) x 33 = SGD 13,134 of slot bets before a withdrawal. The 100% offer gives far less, a maximum of SGD 50, but asks only 1x turnover, with winnings capped at SGD 150. If you want to withdraw soon, the smaller offer or no bonus at all is the cleaner route.

The rebate percentages do not change between markets. Bronze earns 0.50% on slots and 0.30% on live casino, sports, e-sports and fishing. The rates climb with your tier until Black pays 1.20% on slots, 1.00% on sports and e-sports and 0.80% on live casino and fishing.
Rebate is generated hourly as valid turnover is recorded, and you claim it yourself under Fund > Instant Rebate. It carries no turnover requirement, so it is withdrawable as soon as it lands.
One trade-off to plan around: no rebate builds while a bonus is running. Void, cancelled and both-sides bets do not count either, and neither do odds below 0.50 Malay or 1.50 decimal.
Tiers are earned on valid turnover inside a single calendar month. In the Singapore market Silver asks SGD 100,000, Gold SGD 500,000 and Platinum SGD 2,000,000, with Diamond above those and Black by invitation. Upgrades are applied on the 1st day of the following month, and progress resets if the month’s figure is not reached.
Your first upgrade needs KYC, reviewed within 2 business working days. From Gold upward the tier also has to be maintained on a quarterly turnover figure. Tier benefits follow the same shape as elsewhere: an upgrade bonus, a birthday bonus, a weekly deposit bonus and higher withdrawal and daily win ceilings, with airport lounge access and a personal assistant from Platinum.
The SGD cashier shows the deposit and withdrawal methods available to your account when you open it, so check the options there rather than assuming what you used in another market.
The withdrawal rules themselves are consistent. A deposit has to complete a one-time turnover before it can be withdrawn, and funds go only to an account registered in your own full name, since third-party payouts are refused. The number of withdrawals you can make in a day and the daily maximum both rise with your VIP tier, and the daily count resets at midnight GMT+8. An account is opened in one currency and stays there. Withdrawals go out in the currency you deposited, so choosing Singapore and SGD at registration is a decision you make once.
