sureWin Deposit and Withdrawal: Methods, Limits and USDT

Funding your account starts with picking the channel that fits the amount you want to move. There are four ways to put money in and three ways to take it out, each with its own floor and ceiling in MYR. The rules that matter most sit at the other end: a deposit needs a one-time turnover before it can leave, the receiving account has to carry your own name, and your VIP tier sets how much you can withdraw in a day.

This page lays out every method with its figures, the crypto steps in order, and the tier table to read before you request a payout.

Where the cashier sits in your account

Everything money-related lives in one menu. Open Funds and you get Deposit, Transfer, Withdraw, Instant Rebate and VIP, with your wallet balance in MYR at the top and a refresh button beside it.

Two buttons in the same place save time later. Restore Wallet pulls balances sitting inside game providers back into your main wallet, and Transaction History shows what has moved. Withdrawal Tracker opens the status of a payout request.

Four ways to make a sureWin deposit

Pick the channel by amount. Small top-ups go through online banking or a QR scan, larger sums go by bank transfer, and crypto sits outside the banking rails entirely.

Deposit optionHow it worksMinimumMaximum
Quick PayOnline banking through a payment gateway (FPay Bank, DGPay 2, Secure8 FPX, CapitalPay2, TruePay), then your bankMYR 30Not published
QR PayScan and pay through FPay QR, CPT2, SC8, SEC or TruePay, with quick amount buttons from 100 upwardMYR 30MYR 5,000
Bank TransferManual transfer to the receiving account given by Live ChatMYR 20MYR 50,000

On Quick Pay you choose your bank after the gateway. The list covers Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB, RHB, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank, Alliance Bank, Affin Bank and others.

Before you continue

Register your bank or e-wallet in the same full name as your sureWin account; a mismatched name stops the withdrawal.

Bank Transfer works a little differently from the rest. The form does not print a receiving account; it tells you to contact Live Chat, who supply the current details with Copy buttons. Copy them exactly as given and send from an account in your own name, then keep the transfer slip until the balance lands.

Depositing USDT step by step

sureWin crypto deposits are the only channel with no upper limit, and the only one where a mistake is permanent. The rate shown on the form is a live quote with a stated guarantee window, not a fixed price, so treat the figures you see as valid for that moment only.

  1. Choose Crypto under Deposit. The channel is USDT on the TRC20 chain.
  2. Check the rate and its window. The form shows the current USDT to MYR rate and the time until which it is guaranteed, so send inside that window.
  3. Copy the address or scan the QR. Both appear on the form. Use the TRC20 address only.
  4. Send from your wallet or exchange. The floor is 10 USDT and there is no ceiling.
  5. Paste the transaction hash. Your wallet or exchange gives you a Transaction Hash/ID after the transfer confirms.
  6. Upload the receipt and press Deposit. The receipt plus the hash is what links the transfer to your account.

As a general rule with stablecoins, a token sent on the wrong network will not arrive and often cannot be recovered, so check that your sending wallet is set to TRC20 and not to another chain before you confirm.

If you want to see what a given amount works out to before you move anything, the converter below uses the same arithmetic as the cashier.

Moving money to a game wallet

A deposit lands in your main wallet. Games draw from provider wallets, so there is one more step before you play: open Transfer, choose the provider and move the amount across. Each provider wallet shows its own balance and a turnover counter beside it.

Switch on Main Wallet Auto Transfer if you would rather not do this by hand. With the toggle active, your balance moves across automatically when you launch a game, and Restore Wallet brings everything back to the main balance afterwards.

The transfer screen is also where bonuses are claimed. You move at least MYR 50 into an eligible provider wallet and pick the offer from the dropdown as you go, which is why deposit bonuses are tied to the provider you choose rather than to the deposit itself. While an offer is running on that provider wallet you cannot transfer into it again until the turnover is finished or the promotion is cancelled, so plan the amount before you confirm.

How to make a sureWin withdraw request

Three tabs, one floor. Every method starts at MYR 100 per transaction and the ceiling depends on how the money leaves.

Withdrawal methodDetails asked forPer transaction
Bank TransferBank, bank branch, account name, account number, amountMYR 100 to 30,000
E-Wallet (Touch ‘n Go)Wallet name, wallet number, amountMYR 100 to 20,000
Crypto (USDT-TRC20)Receiving address, amount in MYR with the USDT equivalent shownMYR 100 to 30,000

On the crypto tab the amount is entered in MYR and converted at the rate displayed with its guarantee window, so the USDT figure beside the field is calculated at that rate.

Clear these before you press Withdraw

Two conditions are printed under the form and both are absolute. First, the receiving bank or wallet name must match your registered full name; payouts to a third-party account are not possible. Second, each deposit must complete a one-time turnover before it can be withdrawn, so money parked in the wallet without a bet cannot simply be sent back out.

Beyond that, withdrawals go out in the same currency you deposited in, and identity verification can be requested at any time. If documents are outstanding, a payout can sit until they are cleared, so get the name on your bank account and the name on your profile aligned at the point of opening an account rather than at the cashier.

Withdrawal limits and daily win caps by VIP tier

Your tier does two jobs here. It sets how often and how much you can withdraw in a day, and it sets a separate ceiling on how much you can win in a day.

VIP tierWithdrawals per dayDaily withdrawal maximumDaily win limit
Bronze3MYR 30,000MYR 100,000
Silver4MYR 50,000MYR 200,000
Gold5MYR 100,000MYR 300,000
Platinum7MYR 200,000MYR 800,000
Diamond10MYR 500,000MYR 1,500,000
BlackUnlimitedUnlimitedUnlimited

Both counters reset at 12:00 AM GMT+8. A Bronze member who wants MYR 60,000 out therefore spreads it across two days, because three requests of MYR 20,000 each still run into the MYR 30,000 daily figure.

The win limit is the one to read carefully. Winnings above your tier’s daily maximum are forfeited, and that applies to slot jackpots and live casino payouts as well as ordinary wins. A Mix Parlay pays a maximum of MYR 30,000 per member regardless of tier. If you play stakes where a single result could push past your ceiling, climbing a tier first is the practical move, and the thresholds for doing that sit with the rest of our rebate and VIP structure.

Tracking a payout and what it can cost

Once a request is in, Withdrawal Tracker in Funds shows where it stands, and the SW Tracker announcement on the home screen links to the same thing. There is no published processing time, so the tracker and Live Chat, which runs 24 hours a day, are the two places to check rather than guessing from an expected window.

On costs, the terms allow reasonable deposit and withdrawal charges to be applied, and network or bank fees can also apply depending on the method you choose. Crypto carries its own chain fee at your sending wallet, which is separate from anything on the platform side.

One last habit that pays off: claim your Instant Rebate before you withdraw rather than after. It carries no turnover at all and is withdrawable as soon as it is claimed, so it can go out in the same request instead of using another slot of your daily count. The same Funds menu serves every product in our lobby.
