There are two kinds of value on your sureWin account, and knowing which one you are holding changes how quickly your money can leave.
The first is the Instant Rebate. It builds up every hour you play on eligible products, it has no turnover attached, and it is withdrawable the moment you claim it. The second is a claimable bonus: extra credit handed to a provider wallet in exchange for a turnover condition, from the gentle x1 on the 100% Super Slots offer to x33 on the 298% welcome.
The two do not mix. While a promotion is running on a provider wallet, that play generates no rebate, and you cannot transfer again to that provider until the turnover is finished or the promotion is cancelled. So the practical question is never which bonus is biggest. It is which kind of value suits the way you intend to play this week.
Bonuses are claimed during a transfer: open Fund > Transfer, move at least MYR 50 from your main wallet to a provider wallet, and pick the offer in the promo code dropdown. Rescue, birthday, referral, baccarat and sports rewards are claimed through Live Chat instead.

1.2% is the Black-tier slots rate at the top of the ladder. Bronze starts at 0.50% on slots and 0.30% on live casino, sports and fishing. There is no cap on how much you can earn at any tier, and no turnover on what you claim.

Rebate is generated hourly as valid turnover is recorded, and it waits in your account until you collect it. Claim it under Fund > Instant Rebate > Claim Now, whenever you like. The minimum payout is MYR 1, so a very small session may need to sit until it crosses that line, and above it there is no ceiling at all.
It covers most of our game lobby: every slots and fishing provider except Mega888 and 918Kiss, all live casino providers, all sportsbooks, and IM eSports and TF Gaming on the e-sports side. Void, drawn, cancelled and both-sides bets never count, nor do odds below 0.50 Malay or 1.50 decimal. Deliberate hedging removes rebate eligibility permanently.
A worked example makes the rates concrete. A Silver member who bets MYR 10,000 on slots and MYR 5,000 in live casino in one day earns 10,000 x 0.60% = MYR 60 and 5,000 x 0.40% = MYR 20. That is MYR 80 claimable, with no wagering condition and no waiting for a promotion to clear.

A claimed bonus switches off rebate on that money until its turnover is complete.
Take a MYR 500 deposit into slots. Claim the 12% Daily Deposit Bonus and you receive MYR 60, with a turnover condition of (500 + 60) x 7 = MYR 3,920, and no rebate generated while that condition runs.
Skip the bonus and the same MYR 3,920 of slot bets at Bronze returns 3,920 x 0.50% = MYR 19.60 of rebate, claimable in pieces as the hours pass and withdrawable the moment it lands. So the choice is MYR 60 now against MYR 19.60 that arrives free of conditions. Higher tiers narrow the gap sharply: the same bets at Diamond return MYR 39.20.
Either route still meets the same cashier rule, because every deposit must complete a one-time turnover before a withdrawal, which sits with the rest of the qualifying deposits and tier limits. If you want to withdraw soon, the rebate route leaves nothing to clear. If you are settling in for a long slots session anyway, the bonus adds balance to play with.
Tiers are earned by valid turnover inside a single calendar month, and the ladder decides your rebate rate, your bonus sizes and how much you can withdraw in a day.

Upgrades are applied automatically on the 1st day of the following month, and a first-time upgrade needs KYC, reviewed within 2 business working days. The month is a hard boundary: if the requirement is not met, progress resets and the count starts again from zero. From Gold upwards the tier must also be maintained quarterly, at MYR 250,000 for Gold, MYR 1,000,000 for Platinum and MYR 3,000,000 for Diamond. Bronze and Silver are lifetime. VIP rewards and bonuses themselves carry 3x turnover.
Each upgrade also releases a one-time gift: a cash voucher of MYR 888 at Gold, MYR 8,888 at Platinum, MYR 38,888 at Diamond and MYR 88,888 at Black, with a luxury trip and Supreme Services added at the top two tiers. A personal assistant comes with Platinum, and a VVIP assistant with Black. A losing week is measured Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 GMT+8, and the bonus pays 5% of the net loss once that figure reaches MYR 10,000. The cap rises with your tier: MYR 1,188 at Bronze, 2,288 Silver, 3,388 Gold, 4,688 Platinum, 6,688 Diamond and 8,888 at Black.
A net loss of MYR 20,000 therefore returns 20,000 x 5% = MYR 1,000, and the x10 condition on that bonus means MYR 10,000 of turnover before it can be withdrawn. The bonus is valid 7 days.
Check your own figure first, under Account > Bet History, selecting last week and reading Wins and Losses. Only slots, sports and live casino losses count. Mega888, 918Kiss, lottery, 4D, 3D, fishing and quick-draw games are excluded, so a week spent on those will not build the total. Applications go through Live Chat between Monday 03:00 and Sunday 22:59.
The birthday reward is for established accounts: it asks for at least 8 deposits in the three months before the date. The amount follows your tier, from MYR 68 at Bronze to MYR 2,688 at Black.
Verification is an identity check with your IC or driving licence through Live Chat, after which an Angpow appears on the home page. Claim it once a year, within the 7 days before or after your birthday, and it stays valid for 7 days. Turnover is a mild 1x across all products except Allbet, or 2x winover on 918Kiss and Mega888.

Only one tier is paid, so the reward settles at the level their 30-day total reaches.
